In a third-world hellhole where the guards are as sadistic as the inmates, a new kind of terror is being biologicaly engineered behind bars. From blood-sucking wardens to moon-bound transformations, the prisoners must find a way to escape both their cells and the monsters stalking the halls. But as the iron doors slam shut, will anyone survive the night, or is the final experiment just beginning?
