Overview
In the third installment of this parallel world series, the setting moves to a medical production set where Futanari is the absolute norm. The story centers on Nagomi and Miku Aoyama as nurses whose libidos become uncontrollable during 'their time of the month.' Unable to hold back their desires during rehearsals or filming, the production captures a series of intense, high-volume Shasei (ejaculation) and Shiofuki (squirting) sequences. This volume emphasizes the 'behind-the-scenes' atmosphere of the set, leading to a massive Nakadashi (creampie) climax.
