Welcome to Watchpile. By creating an account or using Watchpile, you agree to these terms.
Watchpile is a personal movie and TV tracking, discovery, and social platform. It is provided "as is" — we work hard to keep it running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Watchpile.
Watchpile offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Account settings, which opens Stripe's billing portal.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@mywatchpile.com if you believe you were charged in error.
Founding Member pricing, where offered, is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active without a lapse.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of reviews, lists, and other content you create. By posting it, you grant Watchpile a license to display it within the app (including on public pages you choose to share) so the service can function.
Movie and TV information, posters, and ratings are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and OMDb. We do not guarantee the accuracy of this third-party data.
You may stop using Watchpile at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. To request deletion of your account, email hello@mywatchpile.com.
Watchpile is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Watchpile after changes means you accept the updated terms.
